cant shut off main house power

I have a Coachman 2009 32' Leprechaun 320 DS. I can not shut down the main electrical house batteries. When I hit the switch, there is not response. Does anybody know if there is a relay or fuse that might have gone bad? The switch is a monetary switch, so I am assuming that its a relay. Just don't know where this relay (if that's the problem) is. I did find a series of relays behind the fuse panel but not sure if this is the correct location. Any help would be appreciated or even if somebody knows where I might find a electrical schematic for this coach.

The 12 volt system power disconnect relay , at least the common one , will look like the one in the yellow circle in this picture . And has 2 fuses attached .
I have a document on the relay that I'll track down and post too.
