Chassis Battery change, now infotainment will not work

Hello,
I just changed the chassis battery in my 2014 Navion 24G. It all went smoothly, but as I was changing the battery, one of the cables on a trickle charger I had hooked up to the cables came off.

Now, it looks like all the Mercedes side works fine, but the infotainment center does not work, it just has a flashing screen with the Winnebago logo on it.

Anyone run into the same thing before? I called Winnebago, but they were no help at all.

I'm guessing the infotainment center is in the dashboard? I'd think that it should work on the chassis battery and fuse panel. The fact that the screen is flashing shows it has power. I think you need to find a manual for the infotainment center and read through it. Perhaps it needs to be reset or needs further input. Is there a switch on the dash to change over to house battery power when parked? I'm not sure how a wire from a trickle charger could cause this issue, except if it blew a fuse.

WAG here but remove all power. Then remove negative battery wire, wait a couple minutes and reconnect. This should reboot the system and just might cure the problem.

Thanks Len. Actually in the Sprinter all I had to do was use the negative disconnect by the gas pedal. I turns out when I put the battery in I connected the negative first, and the system did not like that.
