Angry Class C cab over bed/cushion.

I recently bought a 2000 Born Free 26RB that had an entertainment system rather than the bed over the cab. I figured it would be easy to convert it to a bed right? WRONG! Not only was it severely water damaged by the previous owner leaving the windows open for several years...but when I called Born Free to find out about the cushions I was told it would be around $2000.00 for the cushions. Nice...real nice. Anyhow, I am looking for an overhead bed that will fit. I figure any used cab-over bed can be reworked to fit. PLEASE HELP.

You could get a foam mattress and have a RV or boat upholstery shop make a cover for it, if you want it covered, or have them make regular cushions for you. A regular home upholstery shop could do the same thing. You could also just throw an air mattress up there when needed.
