Coachman concord on chevrolet chassis rear spring noise

I have a coachman concord 25 foot 2013 on a Chevrolet chassis 4500 with a terrible squeaking in rear sounds like it is coming from the springs. Sounds at times like a wagon. I have brought it to chev dealer they have grease the springs good for awhile then noise starts up again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Do the grease fittings on your spring shackles taking grease like they should?

Also check for loose or broken leaf spring U-blots.
