DC 1V connection

2008 Dodge Sprinter/2010 Fleetwood View

I'm trying to tap into a DC power/ground connection to power dash cam and tire pressure monitoring power source. I can not figure out how to access the back of power fuse box by OBD panel area, I've taken out the faceplate center area and nothing looks good.

Any thoughts?

Are you on any Dodge forums?

I'm on this one because of my daughter's Caravan, but, there are many others out there.
