dead bolt replacement

I want to replace the dead bolt on my 1994 Class C with a keyless, electronic type dead bolt. Those I have found at places like Home Depot have a different dead bolt in them and will require some modification of the door to get it to work. The dead bolt on the door has just the round shape set in a small hole. Mobile home type I guess. Anyone know of an electronic deadbolt lock that doesn't require modification to the door?

Can't answer the question. But... i have traveled to all 48 connected states, camped since the late "60's, and have never, ever, not once, locked the dead-bolt on any of my rigs.

No answer's for ya but every night we use our dead bolt to lock the door for the night. I have never even looked for the main door handle lock inside but I know there is one cause it is the one we lock from the outside when we leave the Coach. This is just what we got use to. If you could get one of the electronic ones to work, that would be cool. Make sure it is water proof!
