delaminated panels

I just bought a Jayco 2001. It has delaminated panel along the area above the cab. Local rv dealer wants 14000 to replace and paint to match. Anyone have sucess in DIY with theses ?

There is one guy who did a repair to a cab over after a tree mishap that turned out really good. I can 't find the link but do a search for cab over repairs on google.
