Drain valve for fresh water tank

I have a 2016 Coachmen Leprechaun 240 FS. Can anyone tell me where the drain valve is located for the fresh water tank?

Thank you

FResh Water DRain on 2016 Lepre

I do not have the same unit, but if you look around under the coach behind your rear wheels you should see a blue and red plastic pipe hanging down. Trace the blue one where it goes up through the floor and look inside any compartments that are there. Water tanks on our units typically sit on the coach flooring in the back and the drain would be have to be below it.

Read elsewhere that you may have an access panel under the shower with 2 screws and that's where they're hiding.
