I would second the go slow recommendation but I would also caution against going below the recommended tire pressure. Low tire pressure in a heavily weighted vehicle (like your RV) is VERY, VERY, bad for your tires. Too much of this and your could be inviting a blow out while traveling at speed on a paved road.
