Exactly az99, they aren't even close. Embark specs below. They say 10 tons of towing (20,000 lbs).

When we had the Kodiak Rally in Elkhart in 2010, Jayco gave us a nice run through of the new chassis for the Seneca and brought in one for us to have a look at (the chassis that is). Night and day difference in the specs for the two units.

According to Jayco's site, the last year for the Embark was 2012. I would not be surprised if they killed it because of low sales and a need for the production capacity for their DPs which have sold a lot more than I expected for their price levels.
