E450 Driver's Seat Wiring Question

I've posted this over on the Forest River Forum as well and hope someone here might know the answer. I'm getting our 2013 Sunseeker ready for several upcoming trips and noticed a wiring harness under the driver's seat that is not connected. The front passenger's seat has the same setup but it is connected. The wires come out of a 1" x 5" tube that sits along the side of the seat and is covered. There is another wire bundle that comes out of the seatbelt receptacle that I believe is for the seatbelt warning light that runs along side of this tube but is not part of the harness.

Does anybody know what it's for and if so, is it ok to connect the harness. There is a small warning label on the tube warning against checking it with an electrical power source.

Thanks,
Mark

Not sure looks like the seat belt tightener when in a crash it makes the belt tighter .
If that's what it is .

Are the seats manual adjust? Could be for six way power adjust.

They are manual adjust seats. Excell might be correct. The only thing I've found so far is possibly having to do with tightening the belt if it senses airbag deployment.

Could be the seatbelt pretension which is activated during impact. Someone could have unplugged it due to it being bad and throwing a code (check eng light). Jim

Looks like it may be for a power seat option. Can you post a better pic of the connector. Try to make sure it is on the floor side and not the seat. Any pictures will help and what are the exact colors and tracers of the wires. I should be able to tell you exactly what it is for once I can see the connector better and wire colors.

Just thinking, is there a small air line that runs up inside the seat back, if so it could be a power lumbar support in which case there should be a power button on the seat. Let us all know what you find out to see who wins this one.... Regards, Jim
