E450 Fuel Tank Pressure

I have a 2008 Ford E450. When I stop to fuel up and loosen the fuel cap there is a tremendous amount of pressure built up. It will almost blow your hat off. Does anyone else have this problem. I there should be a small amount of pressure but not like this.
