E450 Headlight Adjustment

I bought my rig new in march of 2016, and apparantly the headlights were never readjusted after it was converted to a motorhome.
Low beam was like high beam, and high beam was for night time bird watching.
Anyway, i asked the Ford dealer how they adjust, and one of the service guys filled me in.
Ya need a long phillips screwdriver, open the hood, and the plastic above the headlights has a small and a large hole. Look down below those holes and you will see a small round opening where you will see the teeth of a white nylon or plastic gear. Put the phillips in the hole and clockwise is down.
There is supposedly no adjustment for left / right.

You can download the proceedure for setting headlights which tells the distance and height of the pattern for each headlight.
