Electric Bikes or ?

I'll be picking up my new 24P Nexus next month. Prior to this I had a B so never had a need for towing and don't want to now. Anyone have experience with electric bikes or some such that can ride on the back of the C and be used for short trips, errands etc?

We use electric Electra Townies. Very nice bikes. Fun to ride and geared for commuting. They come equipped with a rack and generator lights.

I use a Pedego electric cruiser bike. Very comfortable to ride. You have the option to pedal, use electric assist or electric power only. Excellent range on electric. The only downside is that it is a little heavy to lift onto the bike rack unless you remove the battery first (very easy to do- turn the key, unplug and slide off the rack behind the seat). They are available at dealers or online.

Pedego recommends their 48 volt model for riders above 200 lbs. I weigh in at about 230 and am very comfortable on it. I have not seen a maximum weight rating, but they are very sturdy.

Hello Abby I don't know much about electric bikes .but what I do know is I also will be picking up my 28p @ Nexus next month .I will be arriving June 17 maybe I will see you there. Go NEXUS 👍😜
