Electricity in the bedroom

I saw this Mobile Charging Station in the May issue of MotorHome (pg 19) and thought having a USB charger, and two 15 amp 120v AC outlets was a great idea. Back in the MB there is only one plug that is near the foot of the bed that we had to run an extension cord to plug in our lamp and clock so I figured this was going to be a great place for this new receptacle. I found a convenient power source under the bed (disconnected shore power of course) and ran some 14/2 cable though the conduit and punched a whole in the little shelf next to the bed. I bought an electrical box that is for after construction (easy to install) and cut out for the box, running my wire into the box I connected the receptacle. Reconnected shore power and now I have electricity in the bedroom!
This little project took me about 3 hours and about $70 in material.
