emergency slide retract for concord 300 ts

I have a coachmen concord 300 ts, 2011. The room slides do not appear to have a mechanical retract mode when the electric switches do not work. I think there might be a "retract" terminal under the coach that will do the emergency retract when a 12 volt jumper is applied, but I am not sure. Anyone know what the emergency retract procedure is?? meogeoleo

If they are electric slides with a motor for each, then there should be a place to apply a crank to a shaft.

Not sure if it would be the same... We have a 2006 300TS and on each slide, outside, is a round plastic disc that can be popped out with a screwdriver. Ours came with a speed wrench, socket attached for cranking.
