Entegra Odyssey Radio not picking up stations

We have a 2019 Entegra Odyssey 24b. I came with a in dash Soundstream DVD/Radio/Backup camera. It seems like a nice unit however it does not pick up radio stations very well. As you are driving the radio station will fade in and out but the same radio station with my car is steady and strong. (It is a local radio station). It is using the factory installed fender antenna.
Does anyone else with a C Class experience the same thing? I have a feeling that the antenna is not hooked up. Please help so I know which way to go with this. Thanks.

I have had problems with the antenna wiring being too close to power cables that kept it from carrying the signal. This would be an installation routing problem. Then too the connection may be loose or not propeller shielded.

I run the iheart radio app and bluetooth it to the radio just type in the city you want to listen to. We also use sirius/xm on a portable unit on long drives we have ruled out fm/an stations, our phones work better.
