Finding 8.00 R 16.5 tires for my RV/GM Van

I live in Jacksonville, FL and need to find a pair of 8.00 R 16.5 tires. No
one I called has em in stock. To order them was like $300 plus the cost to
install them. Does anyonbe know where I can get them, at a more reasonable price? Is there any other fix, like maybe a different wheel size,
or something like that?

i couldn't find 16.5's anywhere, well maybe 1 place for like 125. or 140. a piece. but i called a salvage yard in s. jersey and a very knowledgable fellow connected me with 16" tires and rims for a gm box truck (like a ryder rental) and they worked like a charm. granted i only used them to get the rig home at this point but worse case senerio i just have to replace the rubber when & if they rot out. i believe i paided 30. -35. a piece for the tire & rim set so the total was 180. for 6. other guys wanted 70-75 per tire and 70 -75 per rim so it would have been alot more.
