Flex Seal

Has anyone tried using that product, "Flex Seal" on their rubber roof? I have a small leak I can't seem to find the source.

I did not try on roof, but did use to seal up wind coming in from a hard spot to get at. It did not work very well, dried up and flaked. I thought it was clean before applied, maybe was not. Brushed it off and used spray rock guard (the stuff for rocker panels and front of trailers) worked great. Flexible and tough. Would be difficult to remove, cost about the same. On a roof, "dunno".

I have use it for little projects around the house but would never use it for a long term solution on my MH.

Here's a thread that might help. It talks about pressure leak testing. You might be able to find someone local that does this.

Good luck

Consider the promo ads being run on TV. Would not waste my money on the stuff.

Dr. Den,
I would recommend you click on this
link Sikaflex 715

Great product a very good friend of mine turned me on to this stuff. He's a person who's opinion I really respect. He's been in the automotive field for many years.
