Four Winds 2016 Chateau vs 2012 Winnebago Chalet

I can't find any info on exactly what roof is on the Thor unit, all it says is vacuum bonded. It it rubber?

I have always had Winnebago Class A so leaning toward the used unit. When we had trailers had rubber roofs, but realize the newer ones are much better.

The new 4 Winds is beautiful and has a nicer TV but no power rear mirros(mp) does have back up camera.
Both are on the Ford chassis.

Winnebago is 24V and the 4 winds is the 23 U, can anyone offer pros and cons.

We are downsizing form a Journey diesel and this unit will only be used to camp with grandkids, not touring like we used to so the 17,000 price dif is a factor but new has new war.

Opinions please Thx

The Winnebago Chalet model is often used in rental fleets, do not know anything about the roof though
