fresh water

I think i tried all outlets to fill my fresh water supply but keep coming up with a empty tank.I own a 1997 coachman Santara any help or suggestions will be greatful for. This site helped me with my clearance light problem so try it again.

Little white cap about the size of silver dollar. Should be behind a cover door. Mine is right next to one of my city water hook ups.
