Furniture Upgrade Questions
OK
We knew when we bought an entry level Coachmen Freelander that the couch and dinett were LOW end but man what tortured time after a few mins of sitting The cab seats are not much better....
It looks like for about 2k I can R&R both driver and Co captians seats with a new dinette and couch
Has anybody done this? Anything to look out for?
2011 E450 cab with a one piece vinyl floor btw

I would be interested on how this turns out for you. I would suggest searching on the vintage RV threads for a similar posting of what you are planning to do.

I am changing out my sofa for a leather sofa, as well as having matching cushions made for my dining area of matching leather. Same problem you had, very uncomfortable. This is where it is being done. Two to three week delivery.
www.discountvantruck.com. good luck in your search and safe travels.

We dealt with them. Bad experience.
Have you paid up front for the furniture? Do you have a guaranteed delivery date?
Good luck.

We'll see, paid by credit card. Waiting for a response from them now. No acknowledgment for the order yet. Been just over a week now. Calling today. Thanks for the heads up.

I talked to them yesterday and no problems. Very polite and it seems everything is on track. The order is being worked on. When it arrives I will post some pictures.

I was getting concerned Cliff, but with everything I have going on in the coach I just put off calling. Did get the new headlights in, have to adjust them when I have time. The Red Pro 3 is done. New laminate floors are done. Refinishing some water stained oak in the bath area now, almost done. By the way Cliff how's your little girl doing? Hope fine. Safe travels Cliff.

You just wore me out just reading that list of things you're doing. I don't have a girl, but if you're referring to Buddy, my little boy Shih-Tzu, he's hanging in there. He has a few health issues but seems to be pain free ( just spent $500 on meds
Thanks for asking. )

I'm sorry, I did mean Buddy. When it comes to them it's only money Cliff. Good luck with Buddy.

That's a good question. I've only bought RV furniture once. It was a bad experience, so I've taken that vendor off my list of good people to turn to for product.
