I am using a Garmin Nuvi 360 in my Coachman Class C. Not having any trouble picking up the signal. I have the unit mounted on the windshield next to my BU monitor. Just to be safe I bought an amplified antenna and put it up in the cabover window but haven't noticed any difference so took it down.

I thought I'D post a final entry to this post. We purchased a Magellan 6000T and it works great inside the Class C. In fact, I have used it on my lap in a car with no problems. So if anyone has had concerns about whether a good gps system will work properly in their class C... have no fears!

I have a Garmin c330 mounted in various vehicles and I take it with me on airplanes and rental cars. I turn it on even in the plane and it works, so it should do well in any RV. This amazes some of the first buyers of GPS, they could not get those units to work W/O mounting in in windshield or using the external antenna.

I love the unit, my business makes find new locations on a national scope and getting lost at any time is no fun, but in an RV it just makes the trip much more stress free. If you travel, you need GPS.
