Gravity / City Water Fill hatch

Looking for information on how to install a replacement Gravity / City Water Fill Hatch.

Is it just the hatch that is bad...

HOpefully there is some slack in the 1 1/4" Pool vacuum tubing so you can pull it out slightly (Remove screws and slice the adheasive/caulk)

Then loosen the hose clamp.. Clamp the hose with locking pliars (Gently) so it does not drop out of site (String on the pliars)

Bring the new hatch up and re-attach hose.. Apply caulk and screws.
Home is where I park it!
