Just to be clear, does anyone know the actual height of this RV? The spec sheet I found on a 2008 model says 139 inches which is 11.58 feet. Does that sound right and does it include the A/C unit?
I'm a total newbie, just want to be sure!

The only safe way to determine height is to measure it yourself. Use a length of wood sitting on the highest point and have someone run a tape measure from the wood to the ground. If I don't know the height I always assume 14 feet. This allows me a pretty comfortable amount of clearance.
