Help with removing a microwave oven

Would anyone know how to remove an Apollo half-time microwave oven from a 2009 Itasca Navion? I need to remove it so I can either get it serviced or replace it with something more reliable. I've read a lot of horror stories with this particular oven primarily it being unreliable for any length of time. My wife has used it and actually loves it. I've taken off the trim kit but for the life of me, I can't seem to find a way to remove it. It almost looks like it comes out as a unit with the frame but I just don't see how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

It may be totally different, but I just removed my Sharp microwave for repair. Took a while to figure it out. I found several bolts attaching the top to the ceiling behind a wood valence. There were also two long bolts on a 45 degree angle going from the bottom of the microwave (about half way out from the wall and exposed without removing anything) to near the top of the rear mounting plate. Nothing else held it in.

Hope this helps, but like I said, may be totally different.

Mine---not like yours---has two screws holding it in on top. I accessed them by removing the flooring in the above cabinets. Then it just swings down and lifts out of a bracket in back.

I tried looking for manuals for your unit on-line but every website wants me to add a program to download. You might look on-line and see if you are interested.
