Here we go again

Just bought a 2004 Chateau Sport 23A class C on a E350 chassis. Weighs 9623lbs Dry weigh.
It drives very well compared to some others; but it appears to have original shocks on it. I was thinking of putting Bilsteins all around.
Here's the rub: HD or Comfort?
I like stability, but I don't want to go down the road like I'm riding a hard-tailed Harley either.
I will be towing (flat tow) suzuki samari most the time, and it will be loaded with the usual gear and food most the time.
Anyone have an opinion?
I know this topic has been done to death, but the more I read, the more confused I get............

What type of Bilstein Shocks are you running? Are the the Heavy Duty, or the Comfort series?
What do you like about the ride? Is is stiffer and firmer, or smoother and cushy-re?
Same with the Konis. I'm not married to the Bilsteins. More info on the model shock, and what it did to your ride would be helpful.
