International Chasis

I have a 2008 gulfstream super nova class c on an International chasis.
Most international truck service repair shops won't work on it. I have finally found a place in Fort Smith Arkansas that will work on it. However I am in the houston area and have not had any success in getting it worked on. I did take it to a truck service shop, but after they looked at it and charged me several hundred dollars, told me to take it to an international shop.If anyone out there has an international please share with me where you take it.

I know that happens frequently with many Ford and Chevrolet dealers, but I'm curious to hear what reasons International truck service centers would give for not working on an International truck/chassis.

Recently ran into that with our Frieghtliner chassis. There are two shops in town owned by the same outfit. One shop will not work on our chassis but they will send you to the other where they will work on it.

IH theoretically should work on all of the front issues but may have some reluctance to work underneath on the chassis.

I would send an email to IH to find out what their policy is.
