International Super Nova engine brake??

Has anyone that owns one of the Gulf Stream Super Nova (super C) with the vt365 engine installed or had installed the engine brake off the turbo?? I'm looking at one of the air operated pac-brake systems and Just curious if anyone on here has any experience. It does require a small air compressor to activate the brake but with the addition of a small tank I could install the air horn.

Exhaust brake is basically a restricted exhaust, and is hard on the turbo. But is also the only option for this engine. I don't have experience myself, just my understanding of how it works. It is not a true engine brake that is designed into the engine.

Small 12v air compressor and a 2-3 gal tank is the easy part.
