Issues with kitchen slides?

We are looking at buying a used Class C motorhomes for our RV adventure. DW is concerned about models where the kitchen (stove, microwave, sink) are on slides. She is concerned that having the appliances on a slide moving in and out could lead to problems with them.
Does anybody have any experience with a model that has kitchen appliances on slides? Is there any cause for concern?

We've only had ours for 2.5 years but haven't had any issues.

The fridge is the heaviest item and is best not in a slide. Our stove is on the slide...ok 2 years into it.

My 2017 Jayco Greyhawk has microwave and stove on the slide. What they do with the hookups is provide a flexible wiring harness for the microwave and I'm sure there's a flexible hose for the propane stove also. When correctly routed, it puts very little stress on it. Your wife's instincts are good, but I've never heard of anybody ripping a harness or hose with the slide.

I've seen replies on here stating that refrigerators sometimes don't do well in slides. Mainly because the top exhaust vent comes out the side of the slide instead of the roof. Guess it depends on the model frig and probably some other things because ours in the slide has always worked well. Knocking on wood here, it's going on 16 years.

Had a 2014 Allegro RED, ALL kitchen appliances on a slide out ( including residential fridge ) Ended up with a leak in the sink drain. Tiffin OK'd warranty work. Blamed it on an engineering issue and took care of the fix under warranty. Never leaked again. Hats off to Tiffin !

IMHO...
I would avoid any sink(s)or appliances in a slide...
Just too many flexible connections (water/drains/electrical/propane)that sooner or later will crack due to continual flexing.. just a matter of time and usage..
That was a main reason we did not want anything on our single slide except the couch and dinette...
