Jayco 30 gs 2008

I have an opportunity to purchase a Greyhawk 30 gs at a very good price (family member wants to sell it to me for almost nothing). It's a 2008 w only 2k miles. I would love any advice on how to learn about this RV. I have been reading the owners manual and going through the systems but it's still overwhelming. I have never owned an RV. Any advice and or videos on how to and or lessons learned by you experienced RVers would be greatly appreciated.

pull into a campground and ask the folks next to you if they can give you advise, they'll sure will enjoy doing so

stay close to home in the beginning, check tire pressure, turn on electric water heater only if there's water in the water tank, use the mirrors when turning, maybe practice on a big empty parking lot turns and parking

you really learn as you go

I bought my first MH in 2010, a Greyhawk 31ss. I'm still learning but the fun is in the jurney. My e-mail address is in my profile. Feel free to ask anything at any time. If you decide to move forward, you will have memories for a lifetime.
