Looking at a 2017 Sunseeker 3050FS

I have an offer on a new Sunseeker from a dealer that's has a good reputation. 78 grand and the MSRP with extras is 104 grand.

1) Is this a good offer or not?
2) Is there anything I should know good or bad about this RV?

I bought a new 2017 Jayco Melbourne with the Mercedes 3500 Chassis for $71K ($106K) MSRP from Town & Country RV in Clyde, Ohio. He will sell anyone this same unit for the same price. There is no hassle or surprises when you buy from them.

OOOH- look at the storage specs on the Jaycos! Be aware that on some of the Winnebagos, you have 90 cu. ft. on some models.
