Low point drains

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but still very new to this, and trying to figure it out as I go.
The cabinet under the bath sink is labeled low point drains. With two valves one red hose, one blue. Are these to drain the hot water tank, and fresh water tank? If so could someone help with how this works. All the owners manual says is to drain, and flush, but not HOW! to do it.
2008 coachman concord.
Thanks

The low point drains are better described as a system or water lines drain. Normally they get used as part of winterizing a coach and using gravity to drain the water lines. The water heater will have separate drain and so should the fresh water tank.

Also, when draining the lines, open the valves on all of the faucets and showers to help get all the water out of the system.

I've used the " low point drains" many times over the years. And am always somewhat disappointed in the amount of water that does NOT drain after opening them.

X2, DGBPokes. I don't believe one water line in my coach has a constant slope to the low point..........lots of "low points" in between. Last Fall I intended to just drain and then blow mine down, but gave in after about an hour of "purging and belching water" and just used the "pink stuff". (First time my new-to-me So Calif coach had ever been winterized.) Next winter: drain, quick and dirty blow down, then the pink stuff via the 3-way suction valve at the pump.

Safe travels................

Ok, got this rascal figured out. The fresh water tank is above floor behind a panel in the bedroom. If I open all three of the low point drain valves, open all the faucets the tank, and the water lines drain down by gravity. I had 2/3 of a tank so it took about an hour to completely drain. I refilled it, added bleach to sanitize it, will drain, and flush it tomorrow. Also hot water bypass behind a panel under sink cabinet.
The operater's manual for this coach is pitiful. It should at least give you the locations of the basic operating components.
Thank you to the folks on this forum for sharing your experience with this newbie.
