Yep, inspect and clean the silt screen on the pump and clean the aerators. Let the hot and cold water run freely for several minutes before you put the aerators back in.

You filled your water tank and I'll bet you forgot to close your tank fill valve. Your pump can't pressurize the system with this valve open.

I checked everything again.2 drain valves for fresh water tank are closed. There is no tank fill valve in my RV.Water fill inlet from outside has no valve and there is no inlet valve inside. There are no filters in my RV and I checked there is no pump filter either.Another observation is water pump is continue to run even when no faucet is ope while manual say that water pump should start to run when any faucet is open.Again I do not see any leak.I am now thinking that water pump is bad and need replacement.

That's not much of a pump. You might want to consider a new pump with higher GPM and 50-60 PSI rating. More money of course.

Failure to pressurize your system is either an open valve/check valve or a bad pump. Your city water inlet has a check valve behind it that allows the system to pressurize. Check the check valve before you order your new pump.
