LP gas service valve

I'm having trouble finding a replacement service valve for a 17.4 gallon manchester tank. The number on the valve is 10A90. Does anyone know where to find one, the actually part number, or a replacement that will work? Thank you!

The fittings are standard, but it includes the regulator, you would be safest to allow a professional to fit and adjust it. A 17.4 gallon tank is about 104 pounds capacity.

I found that no rv or propane dealers will touch it, but i found a hvac guy that is willing to do it. I just have to find the part. He recommended that i get the exact same valve.
