Missing key

'10 Sprinter 24' need additional ignition key and fob. Purchased unit this fall not realizing previous owner no longer has 2nd key.
1. How to program new key to ignition?
2. Used replacement key available on E-Bay, can be reprogrammed?
3. Assume key blank available to match existing.
Any advice??

Computer time at the vehicle chassis manufacture. Not RV dealer. They program the chip in the key. Ford is $100. Others, I don't know.

A32Duece is right. Mines a Chevy and the dealer lost the second key. We had to have the new key ordered and programed at the Chevy dealer. $150

Some models, the owner can program a spare key. I know this for a fact on 2000 Chevy 1500 pickup. Do a search on "You Tube" for your make and model chassis. For my vehicle, it was rather simple. It should be at least worth a try to see if it can be done. Dealers are ridiculously priced to perform this function. I know all cars are not the same, like my HHR tow vehicle, I had to go to a dealer to reprogram my FOB. Again, I would do some searching on the internet first, might save a few bucks. Good Luck!

Check for locksmiths and key shops in your area. We have one in our area who sez he can program anything except brand new stuff.
