Yes I agree with that. Our Forest River had a bad water leak and I found that to be the cause. Left wheel well was butchered and they tried to fill in with foam!

Just had my mud flaps replaced after our first trip (2014 Freedom Elite 23u). Looked just like yours. Took five weeks to get new ones from Thor and extended service agreement did not cover. Service tech applied stronger reinforcements to keep them where they should be (we'll see).

Do you mean they actually charged you for the replacements. I went out and had new ones with reinforcements put on as well.
