Need replacement backup camera
The rear view camera that came installed on my 2013 Fleetwood Jamboree is horrible. In the day time, it's passable but at night the entire screen looks like the IR LED's are reflecting off the protective glass cover and making it completely unusable.
I'd like to replace just the camera with something that works well day and night. The camera on my old rig worked great but I don't know what make / model it was.
Anyone have suggestions ?
Thanks !

I just replaced the whole system with the Voyager AOS713 from RV Cams: Backup Camera Systems (All)
Great people to work with. I'm very pleased with the results.

Found the problem, it's a cheap CMOS type camera, going to replace with a quality CCD from amazon / ebay for 40 bucks delivered.

I too tried the cheap route... ended up buying two. One cheap and one that worked.

Voyager would be my recommendation. Actually, I have it installed to work all the time.

Interesting update.
I took the old camera down, after cleaning the outside glass I noticed that the glass still looked very hazy.
Turns out the camera had dirty / smoky / hazy glass on the INSIDE of the enclosure. Not sure why, but that has turned out to be 95% of my problem. I think that the camera will be suitable for use now.
I'm betting that the IR led's were reflecting off the garbage on the inside of the camera body / lens and ruining the nighttime image.
