Sorry for the long post, but below is the description of the rv we saw today. It is prestine! Very nice. He is firm at $19k. What do you guys think??

1999 Gulfstream Conquest Classic 1000 series, model #6272; 29 ft. long; 34K miles; has never seen snow; spends winter months in sunny FL, stored in barn in OH; sleeps 8 comfortably; 13,500 BTU central air; 3 burner gas range w/oven, overhead microwave w/hood and vent; 6 gallon gas water heater w/electric ignition; am/fm stereo w/speakers front and back; 13 inch color TV, retractable antenna w/booster on roof, has 2nd TV hookup in master bedroom; skylight located in shower; Generac gas generator w/pushbutton start; 20 ft. awning; cruise control, power windows, tilt wheel steering; upgraded cabinets; LP gas powered smoke detector w/2 additional battery operated detectors in front and rear; luggage rack and ladder, 4 roof vents (1 w/power fan, all w/rain and air shields); tow package w/[COLOR=#0072bc !important][COLOR=#0072bc !important]car[/COLOR][/COLOR] tow bar; Triton V10 motor w/4 speed auto drive transmission; basement has 7 storage compartments, 2 which extend from side to side; new tires throughout, new brakes and calipers.

Did you check KBB or nada? Price is up to what you feel it's worth but if it's stored in a barn have you checked for furry friends in the gen compartment or air cleaner? We bought a 94 pace arrow class A for $9500.00 and had looked at many others that were more expensive and not in as good shape. I would have it checked out by a trusted mechanic. Then make your decision. Good luck

Here is a link to NADA with a basic price. You can add all options on coach for a truer price and consider the shape of under carriage and DOT Dates on tires.
Price seems a little high but maybe negotiable, good luck work out the details.

The major options only brought it up to $15,700. The genny and leveling system were the big hitters. If it doesn't have levelers knock of $1000. Be sure it's the one that you want, because if you decide different later it could be a slow to no sell at that price. There are larger and newer coaches out there for a 20 grand asking price.

With fuel headed back up, it's a buyers market. There's always a better deal around the corner. But on the other hand, if you just found your soul mate (so to speak), go for it !!
