New to RVing. Just bought 2012 Coachmen Concord

Just bought 2012 Coachman Concord. I has 9750 miles on it and looks to be in perfect condition. I guess what I am asking is, does anyone else have one and may have some suggestions or concerns. We know nothing about RVing and need to learn it all. What club/s to join, where is the best place to get tires replaced etc.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

Welcome to iRV2. Theis was your first best idea for learning about rving. Just spend time here and ask alot of questions. You can also search the site for topics, like tires, and find goodles of opinions and clues. I bought my tires from SimpleTire.com, who shipped them to the the local Les Schwab dealer who ah\\had already quoted me a price to instal them. BOOM, tire clue, but there are alot more on this site about tires, and where to vernite, and etiquite in a WalMart parking lot, and why my grey water stinks, and which tv to replace my old ones, and on and on and on......

Welcome to the wonderful world of RV'ing. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The first club that I personally would join is FMCA for $40 per year. With that subscription you gain access to the Michelin tire discount program. In my opinion, Michelin is the gold standard for tires in general and specifically for tires for your motorhome.

The next thing I would do would be to join a roadside assistance program. We use coach.net but you could also look at Good Sam Club roadside assistance as well as AAA. Make sure you understand the restrictions, particularly on the allowed towing distance and think through that based on where you like to travel. You could end up paying for a roadside assistance program that won't town you far enough to provide any assistance. coach.net also has telephone access to certified RV technicians which might be a nice benefit to you if you do not have a lot of experience with a RV.

Then there are a variety of campground clubs that you can join based on your interests and the types of campgrounds you like to stay at. KOA, Good Sam Club, Passport America are a few options.

Good luck.
