Newbie needs help!

I have a class c (1999 minnie Winnie) with no dash DC power, but can't find a fuse panel in the front. Then I plugged it in to turn on fridge, and have noise coming from vent under the shower that I've never heard. Any ideas?

I can not help, but you may want to post your chassis information to assist others reviewing you issue.
