newbie with battery question

I just purchased my first RV a 2008 Four Winds 31 F.The coach battery reads 10 volts with my digital VOM.I charged it for 24 hours with my Shumacher auto battery charger @ 6 amp rate. After 24 hrs it still reads 10 volts.Do i need a new battery?
