No cab heater/aircon

I have a c class on a ford E350 when I turn on the cab heater/aircon I get nothing. I cant see a fuse for this and it is not mentioned in the repair manual. There is obviously no power at all to this unit, and I assume there must be either a circuit breaker or fuse somewhere. Does anyone know where?

You may receive more help if you provide the model year of your E350.
I am sure others will respond.
