Norcold reefer not getting cold

My. Norcold refrigerator is not getting cold.If I open propane valve or run on 110 ac either way its not getting cold..help!thanks.

Simple stuff first..........

Are the lights working and or are they flashing on the front ?

power........ fuses or circuit breaker check both then check at the frig ?

Is the camper level ? Does the flame light and stay lit on propane ?

Also, inside the refig... The temperature slider on the fin blades controls the temp inside. What level is it at at the top of blade or at bottom.
