One Lippert Jack acting up weirdly

Ok, so all my jacks were working as of three days ago. Now while trying to level, it comes up unsuccessful, what is happening the left rear jack is only coming down about ¾ of the way and will just stop. I can hear the pump clicking and trying to work, but no go. I look under the coach (which is close to level but not there) and I notice that the left rear jack is about 5" above the ground. I check fluid level, all is good, I checked connections all seem to be good. This has now happened 4 times today. I also checked all fuses just to make sure, but then it is running. I am at a loss, any ideas what I can check next?

They do retract, that part is working fine.

Thanks for the copy LJowdy, I checked it out, seems it's one of two things, as my fluid level is full. The leg valve is inoperative (but can not find this on any of the pages) or the electronic signal is lost between control leg valves. I can check that one, if I knew what the single is suppose to be at.
