We are thinking about buying our first MH, and like the Outlook/Spirit 31C. Any feedback you can give us on this model will be greatly appreciated. Also, what options are important, i.e. auto levellers, dual pane windows, backup monitor, and what options can you do without. Also looking for advise on discount that can be expected from MSRP, and is it better to order one, or buy from the dealer's stock. Also considering used. Thanks very much

Hi, great choice, we just ordered the 31H. I ordered it with all available options. Dual payne glass and ect.Don't know about the levelers. They are an easy ad on later if you think you need them. The discount varies but I think 23to 24%. Hope this is helpful. Jim

We have a 2005 Minnie 31-C, we oredered it in February, recieved it in April and have put over 13,000 miles on it. Since we "built" our coach to our specs, we opted for the entertainment center with DVD player and surround sound, dual pane windows, outside shower, outside entertainment center, heated outside mirrors, heated tanks, rear monitor camera, leather seats in the cab, upgraded pillow top mattress and of course the Onan 4K generator. I do think it's better to order and get what YOU want on your coach, we are retired and "snowbird" during the winter, so, we got a lot of options. Make sure you load your coach up to your "traveling" weight and get it weighed, also get a front end alignment. Take it on a trip and see how it handles on both freeways and side roads. I felt mine needed better shocks and a steering stabilizer, that's strictly your call as everyones perceptions are different. I installed a pair of scissor jacks on the rear to help with stabilizing and Max Air vent covers on all three vents. We also tow a "toad" behind us, the V-10 and the new 5 speed Torq-flight transmission will give you all the power you need! Winnebago builds a solid coach, they cost more than some other brands but you get what you pay for! Try for 25% off M.S.R.P., they say it's a buyer's market now and sales are soft, they may even worsen with the expected rise in gas prices as summer nears...............Lou

I bought a 2007 Access 31C last year. We spent 10 weeks with a family of four traveling up and down the eastern seaboard.

This is the sister model to the MH you are considering. The biggest thing we wish it has is hydraulic leveling system.

Not fun at night in bad weather trying to get a unit close to level.

We just picked up our Itasca Spirit 31C. We love the spacious interior, and we don't really have to deploy the slide. When we do, it is just that much better. Compared to some of the other floorplans, this one has more counter space, which was a plus. I also like this model in that it has their longest wheelbase, which translates into a more comfortable ride, one which RVCG says is also safer. We didn't order the coach from the factory, but found one that was nicely equipped with many options. The dual pane windows would have been nice, and I wish auto levelers would have been an option. Our thought, also, was that this is not intended to be a luxury coach that can compete with 200-400K Class A coaches. That being said, we enjoy ours a bunch!
