Update. Just got to our campsite and the slide out track just broke. Back to the dealer for another few weeks. Need Thor to start making my payments since they have had it longer then I have.

General rv just ordered all new slide motors, rails and trim. Going to cost Thor an arm and a leg before I am happy.

The rig was towed to a Ford dealer yesterday am to see if they can figure things out with the engine. Then on to Elkhart to fix the rest of the stuff.

Folks at General RV & Tim Buss at Thor have been very helpful. They seem to want to do the right thing.

We'll see.

Entry door lock and screen broke today. Seems three small camping trips and the thing is falling apart. Have to use a screwdriver to open the door now. Going to talk to General RV about extending my warranty and getting money back.

Keep us posted. You're scaring me.

Are we the only ones with major problems with the 33SW?

No I have a family friend with one. His fuel filling hoses were installed wrong, he has to put the drivers side jacks down to fuel. Thor was unable to fix it. He is ok with it now, he's just glad he has less problems.

I'm glad we elected to stick with Winnebago. We were an hour away from picking up the 35 foot sister to the coach you have and just had a bad feeling about it and decided to walk. I hope your problems get sorted out.

First time poster. We are considering going full-time in a couple years and really like the 33SW or 35SB models. You guys are making me nervous with this thread. I was upset with spending $25k a few years ago on a TT and having all the issues it had at first, but to spend four times that and have major issues is not okay. I'll be following closely for updates.

We are the owners of our second 33SW, not because we were happy with the first(2013 33SW) but because the factory built a replacement (2014 33SW) for the first. My wife had wanted me to go online originally and list all the problems (to include many major issues) but I was reluctant since they did eventually replace the 2013. However the 2014 has many issues(some the same as the 2013) and we have not had one outing that did not involve fixing something in the year and half with a 33SW. Its a shame because the 33SW concept I believe is going to eventually shine, just without us. This is just a quick post and I will post all old and current issues later in another thread rather than hi-jack this one.
