propane problem with class C

My guage on the tank reads about 3/4 full. Heater and hot water not working. I also can't hear or smell gas on the stove. Checked valve and it is open. Any ideas? Cold night here in the pocono's.

If I disconnect the battery on mine it will say the tank is full when I reconnect it regardless of what is in the tank . you might be out

Tank is equiped with a line burst valve at the tank. Safety feature in case of accident. If the tank valve is opened too quickly it trips the line burst portion of the valve.
Shut all the propane appliances off , then shut the tank valve off and re-open the valve VERY slowly. Back pressure in the system keeps the line burst feature from tripping . Opening the valve quickly will trip it.
Hope thats all it is.
