Rear Kitchen Class C

Hey Guys

Have rented class c's in the past, like the mobility of them and am getting close to making the plunge. There is only she and I and we are sure the over the cab bunk will suffice us so instead of a bed in the rear I would like either a kitchen or a living room.
These appear difficult to find in any search , so I am weeding threw hundred to find one.
Any suggestions on search criteria or a list of makes & models that will fit our needs?

All I can say about rear kitchens is that we had a travel trailer with a rear kitchen and every time we stopped the kitchen looked it had exploded. Flying silverware (steak knives!), glasses, pots and pans, what a mess. Maybe it's different in a motorhome but our old trailer bounced alot back there.
That said, we loved the rear kitchen, the trailer had two entries, we always used the one by the kitchen. Felt like home.

Most class c's that we have found with the rear kitchen are in the low 20ft range, which is fine. Don't expect a lot of "rear of the axe chatter" in that short of a coach. Regardless, would like to see as many of them that fill this description.
So, any ideas?
