Smile Rear slide out problem

I have problem in my last trip closing my rear slide out of my 1999 Rexall Aerbus, the front slide out and levers work perfect, but when I,ve try to close the rear one only closed a few inches and will stop, I didn't see nothing that interfere with the closing inside or out, could be a failure in the electrical switch?? or ????????. Please give some ideas where to start looking. Thanks!!! Wito

I am having a similar problem regarding a slideout except the galley slide is stuck on the left but will move on the right. It's a Schwintek system and I'm understanding they have problems??? Suggestions?

lynnda- here it a troubleshooting manual for the Schwintek system.
Your best option would be to call their customer service and let them walk you through your problem. That system is okay but it uses two motors that can get out of time with each other and the slide will get cocked sideways.
If you get it working, you should always hold the switch full open or full closed for several seconds after the slide stops moving to synchronize the motors.

Hope this helps

Slide out

Thanks for all your help. Right side of slide moved, left did not. Left could not be moved by pushing either. My other fear was getting it out then being ready to go home and not being able to retract. Dealt with a smaller space while camping. Called Schwintek who told me how wonderful their systems were and that they had very little trouble. That's not what I'm reading. They told me I'm not hearing about all the good ones. I said the good ones don't matter if a camper is experiencing a slide that doesn't work. He suggested I bring it in for service.....uh duh
